Laser Hair Removal

GoldWinnerSoprano Ice is made by Alma Lasers. It uses the optimal wavelengths for hair removal – 755 nm and 810 nm – and is the latest in hair removal technology.

The Soprano Ice Laser uses SHR, which is Alma Laser’s proprietary hair removal system. It is clinically proven to be effective and virtually pain-free. In multiple clinical studies conducted by leading dermatologists, Soprano Ice has been proven to be safer, equally or more effective, and considerably less painful than other laser hair removal technologies.

It works by gradually heating the dermis (skin) to a temperature that effectively damages the hair follicles and prevents re-growth. The sweeping in-motion technique of moving the applicator repeatedly over the treatment area ensures full coverage. The ICE tech cold sapphire tip cools the skin by integrating numerous cooling pumps within the applicator and minimizes the risk of burns on the skin while maintaining heat within the dermis where the follicles are being treated. This deep dermal heating has been likened to a hot stone massage.

It has a facial tip for those hard-to-reach areas including the ears, nostrils, and between the eyebrows.

Soprano Ice is suitable for men and women, all areas of the body and all skin types – even tanned skin.

Due to the powerful absorption that is possible with this laser’s wavelengths, it is now possible to treat the widest range of hair types and colour – even light coloured and thin hair.

Skin Tightening

Near-Infra Red skin tightening with Soprano ICE is a new and effective treatment for improving loose skin. The procedure uses a safe infrared light to heat the water content in the tissue deep below the skins surface causing collagen fibres to contract and tighten to smooth out fine lines and sagging skin. The heat also stimulates fibroblasts which repairs cells in your skin to produce new collagen, creating long term results. It can be used for most body areas, commonly the face, neck, upper arms, abdomen and hands.
