It delivers visible results quickly, and is a powerful treatment alternative to microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Treatment causes minimal discomfort and normal activities to be resumed immediately after.
Laser treatment is suitable for pigmentation on the face, hands or body and there can be visible results after just one treatment. Typically, a course of 3-4 treatments at 4-weekly intervals is recommended to achieve the best outcome. Top-up treatments may be required for maintanance.

Using light-based techology, optimal wavelengths of light energy target the melanin in the unwanted pigmented lesion. They undergo a mild desquamation and the cells slough off, gradually lightening the appearance of the lesion in the skin.
You can expect to see a decrease in the appearance of unwanted skin pigment for a more even skin tone.
The following pigmentation can be traeted: age spots, sun damage, solar lentigines, café–au-lait spots, some birthmarks and freckles on the face, neck, chest, arms, hands, legs, and feet.
The procedure takes 20 minutes or less, depending on the size of the treatment area.
Most people feel minimal discomfort during treatment.
Multiple treatments may be needed, depending on the severity of your pigment. 3-4 sessions are usually required to achieve the best results. After treatment, the pigment will temporarily darken and then will slough off and gradually clear away to reveal clearer skin.
Most people resume regular activities immediately following the treatment session.
